Returns Made Easy

We want you to love what you ordered! If it’s not the right fit, you have 60 days from delivery to return or exchange any unused items in their original packaging.

All returns and exchanges must be submitted through our Return & Exchange Portal. Just follow the steps to get started.

How to Return or Exchange Your Items

It’s simple:

  1. Visit our Return & Exchange Portal.
  2. Enter your order details and select the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange and follow the instructions provided.
  3. Pack the items in their original packaging and drop the package off at the indicated courier.

A flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total to help cover return costs. This applies to both returns and exchanges.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process it within a few days. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as it's done.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days after we’ve processed your return.

Final Sale Items

Items marked at 50% off or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. This includes end-of-season clearance and other deeply discounted products. Not sure if your item qualifies? Reach out and we’ll gladly help.

  • Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges on items priced at $30 or below due to the cost of shipping and processing.

Missing Your Refund?

If your refund hasn’t shown up yet:

  • Double-check your bank or credit card statement.
  • Contact your credit card company—sometimes refunds take a few days to post.
  • Check with your bank—there may be a delay in processing.

Received a Defective or Damaged Item?

We’re sorry to hear that! Please submit the details through our Return & Exchange Portal and include a photo of the damage when prompted. We’ll take care of it quickly.
