We get it—sometimes things don’t work out, and that’s totally fine. You have 60 days from delivery to return or exchange any unused items in their original packaging. All returns and exchanges are handled through our Return & Exchange Portal.
Please note: A flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover return shipping and processing costs. This applies to both returns and exchanges. Once your item is received and inspected, you’ll get an email confirmation. Approved refunds will be processed within a few business days.
Can I return socks, boxers, or underwear?
For hygiene reasons, socks, boxers, and underwear can only be returned or exchanged if they're unworn, unwashed, and still in their original packaging. Once they've been tried on or the packaging has been opened, we're unable to accept them back. If you're unsure about sizing, reach out to us before ordering—we're happy to help you get the right fit the first time.
Yes—any item marked at 50% off or more is considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Not sure if your item qualifies? Reach out to us.
Also: We do not accept returns or exchanges on items priced at $30 or below due to shipping and processing costs.
If your order arrived damaged or something's not right, we’ve got you. Start a claim via our Return & Exchange Portal and upload a photo when prompted.
We ship across North America—every province, state, and territory. We also offer global shipping—just check eligibility at checkout.
Yes! Orders over $100 CAD within Canada and $250 CAD within the U.S. qualify for free shipping. Watch our @woolove_apparel page for shipping promos and discounts.
Please note: Some northern and remote communities are classified by carriers as remote delivery zones, which come with significantly higher shipping costs. Orders shipping to these areas will include a $50 remote area surcharge. We'll contact you before applying any additional charges.

Use the chart below for a quick reference. All measurements are body measurements in inches, not garment dimensions. Men's and women's tops are a regular fit; if you're between sizes on bottoms, size up. Heavyweight leggings are a thicker, warmer knit with a closer fit, so size up for extra room.
