What’s your return policy?

We get it—sometimes things don’t work out, and that’s totally fine. You have 60 days from delivery to return or exchange any unused items in their original packaging. All returns and exchanges are handled through our Return & Exchange Portal.

Please note: A flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover return shipping and processing costs. This applies to both returns and exchanges. Once your item is received and inspected, you’ll get an email confirmation. Approved refunds will be processed within a few business days.

Is anything final sale?

Yes—any item marked at 50% off or more is considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Not sure if your item qualifies? Reach out to us.

Also: We do not accept returns or exchanges on items priced at $30 or below due to shipping and processing costs.

What if my item is defective or damaged?

If your order arrived damaged or something's not right, we’ve got you. Start a claim via our Return & Exchange Portal and upload a photo when prompted. 

Where do you ship?

We ship across North America—every province, state, and territory. We also offer global shipping—just check eligibility at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders over $100 CAD within Canada and $250 CAD within the U.S. qualify for free shipping. Watch our @woolove_apparel page for shipping promos and discounts.

Which shipping options do you offer?

We work closely with all major Canadian couriers to offer competitive shipping across Canada and beyond. Most Canadian orders arrive within 2–5 business days from order processing. 

Can I track my package?

Yes! All orders come with a tracking number. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email, and you can opt into SMS or email updates at checkout.

How do I return or exchange an item?

It’s easy—just head to our Return & Exchange Portal and follow the steps. Once your return is received and approved, we’ll handle the rest.

Which size should I order?

Use the size chart below for a quick reference. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a roomier fit.

How do I wash and care for my Woolove gear?

Follow the care label on your garment. In general, we recommend:

  • Gentle machine wash, cold water, like colours
  • Hang dry or tumble dry on low
  • No bleach, fabric softener, or ironing
  • Wash inside-out to reduce pilling (especially socks)
